What are the criteria for selection of CCP Client Organizations?
We serve not for profit organizations in the greater Seattle area. We serve organizations that need outside assistance in developing their organizations’ capabilities but lack the funds to hire the help they need. Clients must have a committed core that is available to work with the volunteer consultants and must be willing to work with less experienced people who are guided by an experienced consultant. We do not provide help to organizations that seek expert advice or help in fundraising or fiscal matters.

How do we sign up to be a CCP Client Organization?
Click on "Clients" above and complete the form at the bottom of the page or click here to go to the sign-up form now. Someone from CCP will call and arrange a meeting to talk about your application.

When can we begin as a CCP Client Organization?
We usually have teams working with three client organizations two times a year—beginning in February and again in September. If you are selected to be a CCP client organization, and the closest project cycle is fully subscribed, your organization will be at the top of the list for the following cycle of projects.

What are the Learning Community large group meetings all about?
There are three group meetings that you will be asked to participate in during the life of a project.  They each take place on Saturday mornings spaced three to four weeks apart during the project. These meetings include the volunteer consultants from all of the teams, the senior consultants, and representatives each of the client organizations (you!). You will get to interact with the other client representatives and volunteers from the two consulting other teams.  During these sessions, you will share experiences and stories, gain knowledge about the consulting process, hear how the other clients are seeing the projects and share your experiences, and hear from all of the senior consultants.

How much does all this cost?
We ask each client organization to contribute $100 to help cover expenses.
