THE BASICS

• We train volunteers to conduct organization development (OD) consultations by putting them to  work with not-for-profit organizations.

• We have been doing this since 1996.

• We have worked with more than 70 organizations.

• Over 400 CCP volunteers have learned from hands-on consulting experiences.

• Lots of inspiring hard work! Very little money!
